Jeff Kubas, President of Vertex Resource Group, Inc., has over 18 years experience in the staffing industry. A former police officer, he, along with his wife Leslie, started FlexiCorps Inc. in 1992. While growing the company, they developed the Vertex Resource Group family of companies. They now have 2 daughters that work with them after having graduated from NIU. The company has been listed on the INC 5000 list for three years in a row and is currently ranked in the top 50 Human Resources companies nationally.

Gordon Hard, President of Valley Insurance Agency, Inc. has over 38 years in the insurance industry. Gordon purchased an existing insurance agency in 1978 and moved the operation to Geneva in 1985.

We are an independant insurance agency providing personal and business asset protection programs along with an associated firm to handle health care benifits and ancillary products.

$4,000,000 in written premium placed through a variety of residential and commercial markets.

Riley Drug was opened in 1967 by Jim Riley who purchased an existing store called Wayne Drug. In 1999 his son, Tim Riley, took over for his father. Riley Drug recently underwent an extensive remodeling of the building and drugstore, and in 2010 they will be celebrating 43 years of business in downtown Geneva.
Briefly, describe your business.
We are a large independent drugstore with many different specialty departments for service and convenience.
What size is you company?
We currently employ twelve full and part time people, including 2 full time and 2 part time pharmacists. Our current sales are approximately 4 million.

Graf Tree Care is a small business made up of 7 full time employees - 4 of which are ISA Certified Arborists. They have skilled tree climbers, two PHC operators, grounds people and machine operators, and an office manager. The whole team enjoys arboriculture as a career, they are friendly to deal with, and they strive to perform the highest quality tree care available today. Their goals are to increase the long term sustainability of all the trees in the landscape and keep their clients' trees beautiful and healthy.

Craig Morgan, Senior Vice President/Investments
Craig Morgan is a Senior Vice President/Investments with Stifel Nicolaus. He has extensive experience in helping clients pursue their long-term goals in the areas of investment planning, issues surrounding estate planning, and tax-reduction strategies. A 1976 graduate of St. Joseph College with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, he also holds Series 3, 7, 8, 63, and 66 securities licenses as well as his insurance, variable life, and annuity licenses.
Craig’s community affiliations include serving as a board member of the St. Charles Country Club, co-chairman of the St. Charles Country Club Charity, and a director of Delnor Hospital and Delnor Health Systems. He has previously served as an officer of the St. Charles Morning Rotary and as a committee member of the St. John Neumann Church endowment committee.
